Your next adventure starts with knowing yourself
Welcome, Digital Adventurer. Use your personality survey results to explore how you learn, collaborate and solve problems. Then discover your academy House and grow a career tree that connects your strengths to practical digital and real world skills.
Your personality type is a reflection tool, not a diagnosis or a career rule. Your House is a starting point for exploration, not a limit on what you can become. You can develop skills across every House.
1. Complete your personality survey
Complete your assigned personality survey before working through this roadmap. Answer based on your usual preferences, rather than who you think you should be. Record your four-letter personality type and note which parts of the result feel accurate, surprising or less like you.
Bring these notes to your discussion: your personality type, two strengths with real examples, one skill you want to develop, and a digital career you are curious about.
2. Discover your House
Explore the academy's five Houses below. Find your four-letter result in the existing personality mappings, and explore Mirage if creative design and visual expression interest you. Mirage is a creative pathway to discuss alongside your survey results, rather than an additional four-letter personality category.

3. Discuss your personality and House
Use these prompts with a mentor, learning partner or study group. Share only what you feel comfortable sharing.
- Which parts of your personality result match your experience? Which do not?
- When have your strengths helped a team or solved a problem?
- How do you prefer to learn, communicate and receive feedback?
- What interests you about your House's work, and what interests you in another House?
- Which soft skill would make the biggest difference to your next project?
- What small practical project could help you test a career interest?
4. Grow your career tree
The roots: your soft skills
Strong roots support every branch. Start with self-awareness, communication, teamwork, critical thinking, time management, adaptability and resilience. Choose two roots to strengthen through weekly practice, such as asking better questions, explaining your work clearly or meeting a small deadline.
The trunk: your shared digital foundations
Build confidence with digital tools, online research, file organisation, spreadsheets, safe online habits and basic project planning. These foundations help you move between specialisations.
The branches: your technical skills
Choose one House-aligned branch to explore first. Learn the fundamentals, practise with guided tasks and then apply them independently. Add another branch when it supports your goals, rather than trying to learn everything at once.
The leaves and fruit: evidence of your progress
Turn practice into portfolio projects, short case studies, demonstrations and feedback. Explain the problem, your approach, what you produced and what you would improve. Let your work show how your roots and branches are growing together.
5. Your recommended 90-day roadmap
- Days 1–30: Put down roots. Complete your survey, discuss your House, choose two soft skills and practise your shared digital foundations. Select one career direction to investigate.
- Days 31–60: Grow a branch. Focus on one technical skill from your chosen House. Complete small exercises and start your first portfolio quest. Ask for feedback and record what you learn.
- Days 61–90: Show your growth. Finish and document your project, reflect on your progress and present your work to a learning partner or mentor. Choose whether to deepen this branch or explore another.
This is a suggested learning pace, not a promise of job readiness. Adjust it to your starting point, available time and career requirements.
